Records of library members shall not be made available to any person or agency or local government, except pursuant to such process, order or subpoena as may be authorized under the authority of, and pursuant to central, state or local law.

This confidentiality extends to information sought or received, and materials consulted, borrowed, acquired, and includes database search records and other personally identifiable uses of library materials, facilities, or services.
 

Security

Reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial measures has been implemented to prevent unauthorized access to the information collected.

We will respond in a timely manner and may conduct an investigation or review of practices and procedures. The Library Adminstrator may delegate this authority to designated members of the Administrative Team.
